Refund Policy

Our refund policy for crypto and fiat transactions processed through Crossli.

1. General Policy

Once a transaction is confirmed:

  • Crypto and fiat transfers cannot be reversed or undone.
  • Conversions between fiat and crypto are final, executed at the rate shown at the time of processing.

We strongly advise all users to verify recipient details, amounts, and currencies before confirming a transaction.

2. Eligibility for Refund (At Our Sole Discretion)

We may, at our sole and exclusive discretion, consider a refund in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by accidental re-submission.
  • Failed or partial transactions due to verifiable technical issues on our end.
  • Unauthorized access or fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Crossli alone reserves the right to determine whether a refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at team@crossli.co within 7 days of the transaction and include:

  • The transaction ID
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, receipts)

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Fiat refunds: 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
  • Crypto refunds: Returned to the user's wallet, minus applicable network fees.

5. No Refunds Will Be Provided For:

  • Incorrect or mistyped wallet addresses
  • User-confirmed transactions with wrong amounts or currencies
  • Dissatisfaction after successful use of our service
  • Transactions not eligible under section 2

6. Final Authority

Crossli maintains full and final authority to approve or deny any refund request. All decisions made by Crossli are binding and non-negotiable.
